首獎獎座一座、獎金新台幣10萬元整
(必須繳交4-6頁的作品介紹，中英文皆可，國際發明學會將免費提供出版服務及論文翻譯，並協助獲獎團隊優秀作品發表於英文國際期刊)
鈦金獎 Titanium
各組參展成績前10%隊伍
The best 10% teams in all of the participated teams.
每隊頒發鈦金牌一面一張、獎狀一張、獎金新台幣七千元整
The winning team will receive a titanium medal, a certificate, and NT$7,000.
(必須繳交4-6頁的作品介紹，中英文皆可，國際發明學會將免費提供出版服務及論文翻譯，並協助獲獎團隊優秀作品發表於英文國際期刊)
金牌獎 Golden Prize
各組參展成績前10%~20%隊伍

各組參展成績前20% ~ 40%隊伍

各組參展成績前40%~70%隊伍
